Football academies in the UAE usually sell by term, train at more than one ground, and get a steady flow of trial requests. Most still handle all of it through phone calls and WhatsApp. Here is a cleaner way.
The usual setup
- A "Join now" or "Book a trial" button that opens a WhatsApp chat or a contact form.
- Fees shared by message, not on the website.
- Term payments by bank transfer, checked by hand.
- Coaches keeping attendance on paper or in a group chat.

Trials, term sign-ups, payments and reminders all run through your academy's WhatsApp. Parents book and pay in the chat, coaches mark attendance on their phone at the pitch, and the office sees every age group and every ground live.
Quick check: open your own website on your phone and try to book a trial as a parent. If it takes more than a minute or ends in "call us", you're losing sign-ups.
