For academies / No-shows
How sports academies cut no-shows with WhatsApp reminders
A no-show in a group of five is a fifth of the class gone. Most of them aren't kids skipping, they're parents who forgot. A reminder the night before fixes most of it.
Why no-shows happen
- The class is on the same day every week, so nobody writes it down.
- Something comes up and the parent doesn't know how to cancel, so they just don't come.
- The academy only finds out when the coach is standing on the deck with four kids instead of five.
The reminder that works
Send one WhatsApp message the evening before, with two buttons: Confirm and Can't make it.

If they tap "Can't make it", offer two make-up slots in the same month straight away. The parent picks one, the spot frees up, and the coach knows who's coming before they arrive.
What changes for the coach
The coach opens the class list and already sees who confirmed. Attendance is one tap per swimmer, and the package balances update themselves.

Do it without new software headaches
You don't need parents to install anything. The reminders come from your academy's WhatsApp, and parents answer the same way they answer any message.
